This hub of Highbrook houses a library, hairdresser, wellness centre, card room, catering facilities, therapy room, boardroom, and the Martino's Bar, which is open every Friday.
Absolutely! At Highbrook, security is our highest priority. We maintain round-the-clock security measures to ensure that our residents feel safe and secure in their homes. The property is protected by electric fencing and is staffed 24 hours a day by vigilant security guards. Surveillance cameras have been strategically positioned in our clubhouse and at the main security entrance. As a member of the Lonehill Residents Association, we benefit from comprehensive, high-quality Fidelity Security services that offer 24/7 protection, including guarding services, electronic surveillance, and armed response.
Absolutely! We recognize that pets are part of the family. Highbrook warmly welcomes pets, allowing residents to enjoy the companionship of their furry friends. Residents are permitted to keep up to two small cats and dogs. Applications should be submitted prior to moving in.
Highbrook offers a Nursing Service from 08H00 to 14H00 from Monday to Friday. Our services include physical assessments and treatment for minor ailments as needed. We also perform basic diagnostic tests, including blood pressure measurements, vital sign monitoring, blood sugar level assessments, and urine tests. Additional services encompass wound dressings, stitch removal, and blood collection for Pathcare, Ampath, and Lancet Laboratories as required by physicians. For your safety, emergency panic buttons are installed in all homes, and Medical Response services are always on call.
Please note that Highbrook does not provide assisted living, frail care, or dementia care facilities.

The following charges are included in your monthly levy:
- Costs for maintaining communal areas, including gardens
- Security services and guarding
- Communal water consumption
- Staff salaries
- Access to a Nursing Service from Monday to Friday, including a paramedic and ambulance services (Lonehill Medical Emergency Response)
Garage levy, private metered electricity and water consumption, maintenance reserve contributions, the CSOS contribution (which is compulsory), and a mandated contribution to the Lonehill Residents Association are all itemised separately.
Owners are responsible for paying their own municipal rates, including refuse removal.
Fibre optic cabling has been installed throughout Highbrook, and you are welcome to choose any service provider you prefer. Additionally, our Clubhouse offers complimentary WIFI access.
